EastEnders spoilers: Shocking Christmas exits for Lauren and Abi Branning
It’s no secret that Lauren and Abi Branning are set for explosive EastEnders exits and tonight’s special Christmas Day episode could be the catalyst for their shocking departures. The actions of their dad Max are about to explode in spectacular fashion, tearing apart the family forever and sending shockwaves through the Square.
Jacqueline Jossa and Lorna Fitzgerald are being written out as part of the dramatic plotline and it has been promised that the scenes will be memorable. As catastrophe strikes the Brannings, could someone die? And how will the exits of the characters affect those left behind?
Tonight will see the reveal of Jane Beale’s voicemail send Max over the edge and after a showdown with Phil Mitchell, the ultimate downfall is pending. But as Max faces the roughest justice for his terrible actions, will his daughters be caught in a terrible crossfire?
Pregnant Abi is on hand to be there for her dad, even agreeing to join him for Christmas dinner while Lauren had been making plans to leave for Glasgow with Josh Hemmings but whether the girls turn their back on Walford, go on the run, start new lives or leave in a more permanent way is something we couldn’t possibly divulge.
What we can promise is that you don’t want to miss the hour of Walford drama coming your way – it’s utterly unmissable.
EastEnders airs its Christmas Day episode on BBC One at 9pm.
